Refund Policy

Brandfig Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription to a digital license that is delivered instantly, so payments are final and we do not offer refunds, including for unused parts of a month or year. The free version of Brandfig is available to everyone, so please try it first to make sure the plugin fits your workflow before you buy.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the link in your receipt email. You won't be charged again, and Pro keeps working until the end of the month or year you've already paid for.
Exceptions
We will make it right if:
- you were charged more than once for the same billing period, or charged after cancelling,
- you paid but never received a working license key and we can't fix it, or
- a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.
How to contact us
Email nilesword.business@gmail.com with your order number or the email you used to buy. Any approved refund is issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. A refunded license key is deactivated.
