Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Brandfig, a plugin for Figma, and of Brandfig Pro licenses. Brandfig is operated by Nilesh Shukla (Nilesword), based in India (“we”, “us”). By installing Brandfig or buying a license you agree to them.
The plugin
Brandfig is free to install from Figma Community. Some features require a Pro license. Everything Brandfig creates in your files is yours to use however you like, including in commercial client work.
Licenses
- Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that gives one person access to Pro features, including all updates, for as long as the subscription is active.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (month or year) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the license key stops working.
- If we change the price, we will tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal.
- A license can be activated on up to 3 devices used by the same person. Teams need one license per designer.
- You may not share, resell or publish your license key, or try to bypass the license check.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record. They handle checkout, taxes, invoices and receipts, and their terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown in US dollars; local taxes may be added at checkout.
Refunds
Payments are final and we do not offer refunds, including for unused parts of a billing period, except in the cases listed in the refund policy. If a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated.
Availability and changes
Brandfig depends on Figma. We work to keep it compatible, but we can't guarantee it will work with every future version of Figma. We may improve or change features over time; features included with Pro at the time you bought it will not be moved behind a new paid tier.
No warranty
Brandfig is provided “as is”. Always review generated guidelines before sending them to clients or print. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Ending your license
We may deactivate a license key that is shared publicly, resold or used in breach of these terms.
